Welcome to Zara Personal Training and a totally new you. I train men and women of all ages throughout Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and I specialise in three key areas of fitness: – exercise for pre and post natal women, exercise for weight loss and exercise for older adults.

The personal training fitness sessions I provide are dedicated not only to your goals but also to your well being ? ensuring that whether you are looking to increase strength, tone up, lose weight, stay fit etc we do it at a speed that is exhilarating yet comfortable for you. Whatever your aims, you can be assured I will work with you to agree short or long term goals and achievable targets along the way.

It?s really that simple ? whether you want to train alone, with friends or colleagues all you need to do is turn up! No more expensive gym memberships, no more excuses about lack of time or motivation, I can come to your home, your place of work, or we can meet in a local park.
