Welcome to Zara Personal Training and a totally new you. I train men and women of all ages throughout Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and I specialise in three key areas of fitness: – exercise for pre and post natal women, exercise for weight loss and exercise for older adults.

The personal training fitness sessions I provide are dedicated not only to your goals but also to your well being ? ensuring that whether you are looking to increase strength, tone up, lose weight, stay fit 648-244 etc we do it at a speed that is exhilarating yet comfortable for you.
