Who are Tommy?s?

It?s hard to believe that even in this day and age, every day across the UK 315 women experience a miscarriage, 10 babies are stillborn and 161 babies are born too early.

Tommy?s exists to save babies? lives by funding vital research and providing much needed information on the causes and prevention of premature birth, stillbirth and miscarriage. With 1 in 4 women losing a baby during pregnancy or birth, chances are that we all know someone who?s experienced loss ? and some of us also know first-hand just how devastating it is.

Tommy?s aim is to half the number of babies that die during pregnancy or birth by 2030, and they are starting to make real progress. Through their research they have been able to make a huge difference to thousands of parents and their babies lives.? Most importantly, they are working to achieve their aim: to save more babies lives.
