My fitness journey started as a teenager and has evolved into more than 30 years of fitness experience and 6+ years as a qualified Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer. My speciality is Strength training for women e,g 20 years old plus, peri menopausal, stay at home mums who do the school run, new mums getting back into shape, hypertrophy training (progression over time) Strength training, women who suffer from arthritis, rheumatoid, osteoporosis which will helps with bone density.

Yes - enjoy a free 20-minute consultation and posture assessment to discuss your goals and create a tailored fitness plan. Testing posture corrective assessment, analysing the body to identify which muscles are long and weak versus those that are short and tight, giving the correct exercises to balance the body and focusing on technique which will enhance better performances whist training.
