A level 4 personal trainer holds a fitness professional who has completed the highest standard of personal training certification available in the uk. I, specialised in more complex client needs, develop evidence-based, advanced programming, and potentially specialize in areas like lower back pain management, obesity, or sport-specific training

Level 4 Physical Activity and Lifestyle Strategies for Managing Low Back Pain

Focusing on how to plan, deliver, and review exercise and lifestyle strategies specifically for clients/patients with lower back pain. It’s designed to work with clients effectively, and confidently with clients who have low back pain (acute or chronic, with emphasis often on non specific back pain).

Level 4 Physical Activity and Weight Management for Obese and Diabetic Clients

This qualifies me to specialise in helping clients who are obese and/or have diabetes.

I can give you the knowledge and skills to plan, deliver, and review exercise and lifestyle/weight management strategies safely and effectively for these populations.

Level 4 Postural Assessment and Corrective Exercise

This advanced program equips fitness professionals with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in anatomy, biomechanics, and movement analysis to accurately identify postural and movement dysfunctions—even in clients who appear healthy. 

I will develop an individualized corrective exercise programs aimed at restoring proper posture, improving muscular balance, and enhancing functional movement.

Level 3 Supporting clients with Long-term Conditions

To work safely and effectively with clients who have long‑term health condition, such, high blood  pressure, diabetes 1&2, arthritis, asthma, copd, obesity.

Level 3 Personal trainer

A level 3 personal trainer is a qualified fitness professional capable of designing, delivering, and managing advanced exercise programs tailored to individual client needs. They work with clients across a wide range of abilities, including those with complex goals or mild-to-moderate health conditions.

Level 3 Exercise Referral

This allows me to work with clients who have long-term conditions (e.G. Diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, asthma, copd, depression, obesity and I can liaison with their gp on behalf of them.

Level 4 - Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance

This specialized area of nutrition focuses on optimizing dietary strategies to support healthy body weight regulation while enhancing athletic performance. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or performance improvement, tailored nutrition plays a critical role.

Boxercise Instructor

Boxercise combines boxing movements like punches, footwork, and defensive moves with cardio, strength, and conditioning exercises. It’s designed to improve: Cardiovascular fitness, Strength and power, Coordination and agility, Core stability, Stress relief and overall well-being.
