I will be creating one to one fitness programmes for my client, motivating, and guiding them to achieve their goals, clients may wish to lose weight or gain muscles. As a personal trainer, I will checking out their technique, postural alignment and advising them each of them to perform correctly properly. I will design a programme that is suitable for them using workouts and specific plans and also advising them on their nutrition.

I will be creating one to one programme, assessing, monitoring and managing risk to clients who have long term clinical conditions, e.g, Osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, obesity, Diabetes Type 1 & Type 2, Lower backpain, spinal cord injuries, hip or knee replacement, hypo/hperthyroidism, hypertension, chronic fatigue, cancers, eating disorder and Fibromyalgia.

This qualification equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to create personalized nutrition plans for clients with diverse goals, including weight management and athletic performance enhancement. Focusing on the micronutrients to create a Nutrition to assist with weight loss.
