Personal Training

Personal training – To get started, we will have a private consultation in person. This will be followed by a Postural assessment correction test to establish the tightness and weakness in your body. We can use the test results to incorporate in your programme within the goals that you want to achieve and build a training plan that will work for you.

Assessments – Before I design your personal training session and start working with you on 1-2-1 basis, I am here to support you by taking your body measurements and weigh in so I can monitor your progress every week. This will be a great way to see how you are getting on with your progression and manage how you are getting on by making some changes to your program or nutrition.

Ongoing support – Within the 4 and 8 session programmes, there will be weekly check-ins during our 1-2-1 training sessions, and further support will be on hand to achieve your goal. I am here to help you every step of the way to support you every week and achieve your goal.
